International order delivery
International shipments are carried out by the Nova Poshta courier service.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping address and will be displayed at checkout. For the most accurate rates, please proceed to the checkout page after entering your address.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and can be from 5 days to 3 weeks. Shipping information and tracking numbers are sent to the customer's email address specified in the order. If you have not received information about the delivery of your order, please contact our support service hello@archive.place, indicate the order number in the letter.
Due to Russian military aggression, we do not ship orders to russia and belarus.
Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the customs service of the destination country. Please review the customs clearance rules and customs fees for your destination country in detail before placing an order. We cannot predict or be responsible for additional or customs fees. However, we are always ready to share our experience and answer additional questions if you write to us at hello@archive.place.
Delivery in Ukraine
We ship orders via Nova Poshta with daily dispatches.
In-stock items are shipped the same day if your order is placed before 4:00 PM.Orders placed after 4:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
Pre-order items (not currently in stock) are dispatched within 1–5 business days.
TTN numbers are generated automatically. Please monitor messages from the courier service.
