Returns and exchanges
We strive to ensure our customers' comfort and satisfaction throughout their shopping experience. If necessary, you may exchange or return a product in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
General terms of return and exchange
- No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the order was received.
- The buyer provides confirmation of payment for the goods and delivery details (in the "Nova Poshta" application).
- The product has retained its original appearance, has all labels and tags, and has no traces of use.
- The buyer covers all costs associated with the return/exchange of goods (including shipping).
How to return a product of good quality
- Fill out the return application (template provided later).
- Send the completed application with signature and other supporting documents to:

- Send the goods by the Nova Poshta delivery service (the manager will provide you with shipping details after contacting you.)
- Let us know the tracking number of the package.Important! Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Product return requirements
- The product must meet the following requirements:
- Has not been used.
- Not washable or dry cleaned.
- Free from stains, foundation residue, animal hair, perfume odor, etc.
- All labels, tags and stickers must be in place and undamaged.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
If these requirements are not met, the product will not be returned or exchanged. In such cases, the product will be returned to the buyer without a refund.
